Wild event at PAARL: Saturday, November 21, 2026

On Saturday, November 21, 2026, Restaurant PAARL will host a unique culinary game event, organized in collaboration with Passie voor Wild. An evening dedicated to lovers of pure flavors and craftsmanship, where everything revolves around the experience of game—from its origins and the artistry behind it to the refined preparations on the plate. Let yourself be transported to an atmospheric setting where nature, gastronomy, and storytelling come together for an unforgettable experience.

What can you expect?

During the Game Event at Restaurant PAARL, Passie voor Wild will take you on a step-by-step journey through the ins and outs of hunting in the Netherlands and the importance of game management. The demonstrations will include plucking a duck, skinning a hare, and carving a roe deer carcass. In between, you’ll enjoy a luxurious 5-course game dinner paired with a selection of wines.

The program:

6:30 PM – Welcome reception with sparkling wine and appetizers
7:00–7:40 p.m. – Show 1 (Wild Duck) + First Course
7:40–8:30 p.m. – Show 2 (hare) + 2nd and 3rd courses
8:30–9:30 p.m. – Show 3 (roe deer) + 4th course
9:30 p.m. – 5th course (served)

What are the prices?

€125 per person, including a wine pairing. Other beverages will be billed separately.
Please note! This event is not suitable for children.

Reservations for the Wild Event are required due to a limited number of participants. A 100% deposit is required, and cancellations are free of charge up to one week in advance.
