Restaurant with a story
PAARL is a unique restaurant in Sassenheim that was inspired by a family trip through South Africa.
The experiences that took place there ensured that the South African love for the country is reflected in our restaurant.
More than a dinner
Every Thursday (through June 25, 2026), we host our special Klink & Drink evenings, where you can sample our delicious cocktails and enjoy shared dining at exceptionally attractive prices. Whether you’re here for a full meal or just popping in for a drink, the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming.
In addition, PAARL is available for exclusive events and parties, and starting in the spring, it will also be possible to rent out several spots outside: the "Cinema," the "Braai spot" or the "Zenwater corner bar.
