Job opening: sous chef
As a sous-chef at PAARL, you will be our chef's right-hand man and together you will bring South African cuisine to life. You will lead the kitchen team, guard the quality of every dish and transfer your knowledge and passion with pleasure to your colleagues. You think about the menu, keep an overview during busy services and make sure the kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine.
